Bill's Experience

Five years ago, a lot had changed in my role and I was wondering if I needed a career pivot. I went to Mitch Matthew’s Coach Mindset Training in Des Moines, Iowa where I got to meet some awesome people and learn a lot of new skills. What happened is that I used that training to find a way to enjoy my job. I got to a point to where I totally loved 1:1 meetings, looked forward to meeting with my boss, participated in some really awesome meetings, and got to tell a story every once awhile.

Here are some experiences I have been blessed to have:
- Lived as an expatriate in Mexico for four years where I got my first experience as a “formal” leader in plant scheduling, distribution planning, logistics, and customer service.
- Worked in a distribution center as a manager and business analyst for eight years which culminated in an extremely challenging software integration.
- Spent 12 years as a customer service manager starting out with having supply chain management for one brand and moving towards a similar role for multiple brands.
